If you are looking for adrenaline skip the Bobsled run, it was too short. The Skeleton run you are on a sled by yourself face first speeding down an icy chute at approx 40 mph.

Season Starts April 16 and ends Oct 12. Most Popular Guided trips are Middle and Lower Saranac Lakes (SL Wild Forest), The Seven Carries (St. Regis Wilderness) and St. Regis Canoe Area and a hike up Long Pond Mtn. If you are looking to save money, don't use a guide!!! As long as you are experienced you should go on your own. It is very easy to navigate and cuts the price of the trip down.
